The Blaze Mk8 R charge pipe is a direct aluminium replacement for the factory plastic charge pipe on MQBe EA888 evo4 high-output engines. The OEM charge pipe is plastic and a known weak point under elevated boost — cracking, splitting, or popping off entirely once tuning is added.

Aluminium construction, OEM coupler interfaces, direct bolt-on. Built to handle stage 2 + boost levels without flex or failure.

The OEM charge pipe on the Mk8 R / 8Y S3 is plastic and is well documented as a weak point on tuned cars. Under elevated boost it can crack, split, or pop off the coupler. The aluminium replacement eliminates this failure mode.
