Who we are

Blaze Performance designs and engineers induction systems for VAG performance cars. We are headquartered in South Africa, where our engineering and product development team is based. What information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate the site and fulfil your orders:

  • Account & order information: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, vehicle details you provide for fitment, and order history.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: any message you send us by email, contact form or social channels, and our reply.
  • Website usage: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring site and similar technical data collected automatically by cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders, including customs documentation.
  • To respond to enquiries, support requests, warranty claims and dealer/wholesale conversations.
  • To send order-related emails (confirmation, dispatch, tracking).
  • To send marketing communications, but only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third parties needed to run the business:

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as needed to honour warranty, returns and tax obligations — typically seven years for accounting records. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Depending on where you live (POPIA in South Africa, GDPR in the UK and EU, or comparable laws elsewhere), you have the right to:

  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
