By placing an order with Blaze Performance, the buyer agrees to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

Use of this website and purchase of any product constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Performance Product Disclaimer.

2. Products and pricing

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees in the buyer’s country. Blaze Performance reserves the right to change pricing, product specifications, and availability without prior notice.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Payment is processed through PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and direct PayPal balances. Blaze Performance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and delivery

Refer to our Delivery & Shipping page for full details. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns

Refer to our Returns policy. Performance and aftermarket components may not be returned once installed or fitted unless faulty due to manufacturing defect.

6. Off-road use disclaimer

All products sold by Blaze Performance are designed exclusively for closed-course, off-road and motorsport competition use. Refer to the full Performance Product Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

Blaze Performance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use or misuse of any product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
