Off-road and competition use only.

All products sold by Blaze Performance are designed and sold exclusively for closed-course, off-road, and motorsport competition use on vehicles that will not be operated on public roads or highways.

Emissions and on-road legality

Many of our products are not certified for emissions, noise, or on-road use in any jurisdiction and may render a vehicle illegal to operate on public roads. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of any product purchased in their region, country, state, or municipality. Blaze Performance makes no representation that any product is legal for use on public roads.

Manufacturer warranty

Installation of aftermarket performance components may void, reduce or affect the original vehicle manufacturer’s warranty in whole or in part. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding the warranty implications of fitting any aftermarket part to their vehicle.

Installation and use

Performance components are intended to be installed by qualified technicians familiar with the relevant vehicle platform and engine. Incorrect installation, modification, or use of any product may result in mechanical failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, or third-party harm.

Assumption of risk

By purchasing any product from Blaze Performance, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The product is being purchased for off-road, closed-course, or competition use only;
• The buyer has verified the legality of the product in their jurisdiction;
• The buyer assumes full responsibility for installation, operation, maintenance, and all consequences arising from use or misuse;
• The buyer assumes all risk of mechanical damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, regulatory or legal action, third-party claims, or any other direct or indirect consequence of purchase, installation, use or misuse of the product;
• The buyer releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Blaze Performance, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, costs or damages arising from the foregoing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze Performance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Blaze Performance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, installation, use or misuse of any product.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of South Africa.
